We offer a specialised white label maintenance service. These are your clients, and as with our other services we act on your behalf as a part of your company. Our contracts are bespoke, tailored to the needs of each dealer and client. Generally the dealer would present the service to the client as their own, ensuring they maintain their close relationship with the client and benefit from any expansion, moves or changes to their system.

At present we offer maintenance on Siemens, Swan Callview, and Avaya Index products. We hope to add Mitel 3300 to this portfolio as of July 2007. The Siemens range includes 3800, 3700, 3500,3300, Expressions Voicemail, and HG1500. Avaya index includes systems up to and including CPUX1000. We have an extensive stock holding of core parts to ensure swift return to service of failed systems.

 

 

We maintain nationally, but we know our limits and so judge each prospective account on how well we might be able to respond to any problem on site. Unlike other maintenance companies we like to be able to cover our clients using our own in-house staff, rather than relying on subcontractors who may or may not be available.
